Before you rent

1. Required Documents

Non-Thai renters — required at the time of car delivery:

• Passport
• Valid driving licence
• International Driving Permit (IDP) — required only if your licence is not issued in Roman script
• Work permit (for long-term rental, when applicable)

Thai renters — required at the time of car delivery:

• Thai national ID card
• Thai driving licence

A credit card is required — not to pay for the rental, but to place a refundable security deposit. The deposit is charged via a secure PayPal invoice issued individually to your email. See Payment Terms below.

2. Car Rental Conditions

• Minimum 3 days rental for individual rental.
• Minimum 1 year rental for corporate rental.
• Minimum driver’s age: 25 years old.
• All vehicles are subject to availability.
• Rental extensions are subject to availability.

3. Rates Included

Your rental rate already includes:

• 7% VAT
• Unlimited mileage
• 24-hour roadside assistance
• First-class comprehensive insurance (all vehicles, all rentals)
• Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
• Personal Accident Insurance (PAI)
• Compulsory Third Party Insurance (CTP)

4. Rates Excluded

The following items are not included in the standard rate:

• THB 3,000 excess per at-fault event (same for all vehicles). This is deducted from your security deposit.
• Fuel usage (vehicle is supplied with full tank — please return at same level)

5. Payment Terms

The rental itself can be paid by cash, bank transfer, or credit card (credit card via PayPal, with a processing fee added).

• Full payment at time of car delivery.
• A refundable security deposit of THB 5,000 – THB 15,000 is required on every rental. The amount depends on the value of the vehicle and is confirmed before delivery.
• The deposit is placed by credit card through a secure PayPal invoice, issued individually to your email address.
• The deposit is fully refunded within two weeks of the vehicle being returned undamaged. Any traffic fine incurred during the rental remains the renter’s responsibility even if it reaches us after the deposit has been returned.
• Monthly rentals: we hold a deposit equal to one month’s rental. It is refundable at the end of the agreed rental period and is forfeited in the case of early termination.

The security deposit covers any charges incurred during the rental — including the THB 3,000 excess, traffic fines, tolls, fuel shortfall, or damage — and the balance is refunded. If charges exceed the deposit, the difference is payable. Card details are never collected over WhatsApp, LINE, or email — only through the secure PayPal invoice.
