Insurance Excess

Insurance reduces your financial responsibility — it doesn't remove it entirely.

฿3,000 – ฿30,000 Excess per at-fault event

In the event of an accident, theft, or damage where you are at fault, you may be responsible for the applicable insurance excess as specified in the rental agreement.

The excess ranges from ฿3,000 up to a maximum of ฿30,000, depending on the value of the vehicle. The exact figure for your car is confirmed with you before delivery — never a surprise afterwards.

Where the incident is not your fault and the other party is identified, the excess generally does not apply.
