From automotive trading to premium car rental — three companies, 25 years of expertise, united under one trusted brand serving Bangkok with dedication, quality, and innovation.
Founded on 3 March 2000 at 51 Pradiphat Road, Phayathai, Bangkok 10400. P.D.P. 2000 Co., Ltd. specialized in automotive trading and vehicle supply, laying the foundation for what would become Sawasdee Rent A Car's trusted fleet management.
Sawasdee Rental Company Limited was established, creating the first version of the Sawasdee brand. Operating jointly with P.D.P. 2000 Co., Ltd. at Pradiphat Road, we combined fleet management, marketing expertise, and customer relations into one cohesive service.
Our headquarters relocated to INTERCHANGE 21 Building, 399 Sukhumvit Road, Khlong Toei Nuea, Vadhana, Bangkok 10110 — right at the heart of Bangkok's prime Asok-Sukhumvit intersection. This strategic move expanded our operations to serve corporate renters, long-stay travelers, and international guests in Bangkok's central business district.
On 29 July 2014, Sawasdee Car Rent Company Limited was established as an independent entity. This marked our separation from P.D.P. 2000 and introduced groundbreaking services: airport delivery, hotel delivery, residence delivery, transparent pricing, and comprehensive insurance coverage for all rentals.
In August 2023, we bid farewell to our home at Interchange21 after 14 memorable years (January 2009 - August 2023). This transition marked our evolution from a physical office location to a modern, technology-driven door-to-door delivery service model focused on maximizing convenience for our clients across Bangkok.
